Cancellation Policy

Terms of Service Session Duration: Homework Help (virtual) sessions are half hour (30 minutes). Digital Deep Dive (virtual) and Live & Local (in person) sessions are one hour (60 minutes). Late Policy: Please arrive at the scheduled start time of your booking (virtual or in person). As tutors may have other bookings and responsibilities, tutoring sessions are expected to finish at the end of their scheduled booking session. Booking Notice: Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Same-day bookings may be available based on tutor availability, but are not guaranteed. Payment: Full payment for the session must be made at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and Paypal. Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking after the session is confirmed. Cancellation Policy: To cancel your booking, please contact us via email at info@santimath.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled booking. In your message, please list your name, the student's name, date and time of scheduled service to be cancelled. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 20% fee. Rescheduling Policy: Bookings can be rescheduled online (please see your confirmation email). Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before scheduled booking.
